We offer worldwide selection of wines and spirits displayed on 8ft tall shelves with great exposure from the outside due its large windows.
    The Wine Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the business with a high foot traffic. This includes managing employees, ordering and stocking inventory, assisting customers with selections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Hiring, training, and managing a team of wine store employees
    • Creating schedules and ensuring proper coverage
    • Communicating inventory and managing stock levels
    • Checking pricing, labeling, and shelf stocking
    • Assisting customers with questions and recommending products
    • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store
    • Working with vendors and wineries to curate the wine selection
    • Staying up to date with industry trends and new products
    • Planning and executing wine tastings and events.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a wine related industry venue
    • Knowledge of various types of wines and spirits
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and point of sale (POS) systems
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for alcohol sales
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

    Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
    • Sommelier certification preferred

    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to climb ladders and stairs
