Following are WSET Level 2 through Level 4 exam dates available for students who need to re-sit or make-up an exam. All exams take place at IWC, unless otherwise stated.

WSET Level 2 Exams

Registration Deadline: At least 15 business days prior to exam date. After the registration deadline, all exam orders are final.
Rescheduling Fee: $175.00 (For students who withdrew from an exam after deadline.)
Resit Fee: $120.00 (For students who failed a previous exam.)
Postponement Period: Students have 12 months from the start of their course to sit the exam; thereafter another exam fee applies.
Private Exam: Proctor fees plus exam fees apply. Call the office for details: (212) 239-3055

WSET Level 3 Exams

PLEASE NOTE: WSET is retiring its current Level 3 exam and transitioning to a new exam that will conform to a new Level 3 curriculum. Students wishing to re-sit the current version of the Level 3 exam must do so before the end of July 2017. Students with partial passes must pass the remaining portion of the exam during this time or lose their partial pass.

Resit Fee – Tasting: $93.00 (For students who failed a previous exam.)
Resit Fee – Theory: $148.00 (For students who failed a previous exam.)
Resit Fee – Tasting & Theory: $190.00 (for students who failed a previous exam.)

Postponement Period: The current Level 3 exam will be available only through the end of July 2017.

The exams and assessments for WSET Level 4 Courses have unique formats, specific exam dates (only one per semester), registration deadlines and re-sit fees. All exam fees are included in the cost of the course. Fees below are for rescheduling or re-sitting an exam. Exam details, broken out by course, follow below.

A transfer fee of $40 applies to ALL Level 4 exams that are rescheduled prior to the exam registration deadline.

Exam Format: A 100 multiple-choice-question exam to be completed in 90 minutes.
