Study Guides are in stock, however, the following books remain highly recommended sources when used in conjunction with your Specifications Guide so that you may begin preparing:

Unit 4 Spirits: Distilling Knowledge: A Professional Guide to Spirits and Liqueurs, David Broom (included in your Unit 4 Study Package).

Unit 5 Sparkling Wines: The World Encyclopedia of Champagne & Sparkling Wines, Tom Stevenson; Champagne for Dummies, Ed McCarthy

SPRING 2010 CLASS SCHEDULES

Important: Registration for the June 2010 Units 4, 5 & 6 Class program will close on April 12, 2010 for all units regardless of Class start dates.

The cost of the Diploma Assessment Preparation program is now built into the individual units' price. Those students who prepaid all units of DAPS with their Unit 1&2 registration will receive a $50 credit.

Students re-taking an examination may elect to enroll in the Diploma Assessment Preparation program for an additional $50 per unit.
