Wine Center offers classes for Unit 3 once a year, beginning in January. The
exam is the second Tuesday in June. The Home study package is available for
either the June or January test dates.

Examination
Only
Available to students who have previously taken the Unit 3 exam
(Please note that students may only register for one part of the exam if they have previously passed either the Theory or the Tasting segments.)
The exam begins at 10:00AM sharp and ends at 4:30PM. We will distribute exam papers and conduct preliminary business beginning at 9:45AM. No coffee or food is permitted in the room after 9:30AM. The lunch break is one hour. The room will be open to candidates during the lunch break and you may wish to bring your lunch.
You must bring pens and or pencils and you may bring six wine glasses for tasting. You may also bring extra glasses, a timing device and liquid paper or White out. We will provide spittoons, napkins, placemats, and scrap paper and we do have glasses on hand. We suggest you bring bottled water to rinse your glasses between tasting papers.
Be aware that anyone wearing scent will not be admitted to the room.
The schedule of the exam is:
10:00AM to 11:00AM Tasting Paper 1
11:30AM to 12:30PM Tasting Paper 2
12:30PM to 1:30PM Lunch Break
1:30PM to 4:30PM Theory Examination
If you are sitting only the Theory Examination you need not arrive in the morning.
